Setting the Stage for the World: India’s Rise as a Global Wedding & MICE Destination
India is rapidly emerging as a global hub for destination weddings and MICE tourism, blending rich cultural heritage with world-class infrastructure and scale. In this context, the Wedding & MICE Tourism Conclave 2026, jointly organised by HRANI and FHRAI on 28 March 2026 at Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Centre, brought together key policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to shape the future of this high-potential sector. Aligned with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of “Wed in India,” the conclave focused on strengthening destination competitiveness, policy support, infrastructure, and industry collaboration, while also featuring a vibrant exhibition with over 50 participants and insightful technical sessions on evolving trends in weddings and MICE—collectively reinforcing India’s readiness to lead on the global stage.
