HRANI & FHRAI Jointly Host Stakeholder’s Meet in Kashmir to Boost Tourism

In a significant move aimed at propelling tourism development in the picturesque landscapes of the Jammu & Kashmir Valley, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI) and the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) recently co-hosted a landmark Stakeholder’s Meet at the Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Riverfront, Srinagar.
Titled "Stakeholders' Meet to Propel Tourism Development in Jammu & Kashmir," the event convened esteemed government and industry leaders to initiate dialogue on critical aspects such as employment generation, economic prosperity, and inclusive growth in the region.

Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government of Jammu & Kashmir’s Industries & Commerce Department, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, reflecting the government's steadfast commitment to fostering growth in the tourism sector. Joined by notable dignitaries including Raja Yaqoob Farooq, Director of the Tourism Department, Government of J&K, the event served as a pivotal platform for fostering collaboration and exploring innovative opportunities for comprehensive development in the tourism sector.
Central to the Stakeholders’ Meet was the establishment of a networking platform, facilitating interactions between leaders from HRANI, FHRAI, and the broader hospitality and tourism sectors across the country with stakeholders in Jammu & Kashmir. This exchange of ideas laid the groundwork for future partnerships and collaborations, nurturing an environment conducive to growth.
