It is a privilege to serve as the President of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India. As we move forward in a rapidly evolving hospitality landscape, my vision is rooted in creating an ecosystem that empowers our members and promotes sustainable growth for the sector.

Along with my team, I have outlined a 7-point agenda focused on addressing key challenges faced by our industry, from granting Infrastructure Status to the hospitality sector to rationalizing GST and resolving long-standing issues with Copyright Societies. We are also working closely with government bodies to re-categorize hotels and promote innovation, such as expanding Uttar Pradesh’s pioneering hotel classification system across other states.

Furthermore, we are excited to launch a HRANI-exclusive booking engine that will offer our members a cost-effective platform, free of service charges, and a dedicated grievance redressal forum to address operational concerns.

With collaboration and commitment, we can navigate these challenges and seize new opportunities. I look forward to working with all of you to drive our industry forward.
